Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy
- Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable condition
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened packages of Cleaning, Care & Maintenance products
- Used Assistive Bathing equipment or Bathroom Seats & Shower Stools
- Custom-cut Cuttable Shower Trays
- Specially ordered commercial items
